2. Types of data Browsing data

Our information systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Such information is not collected in order to be associated to identified data subjects; however, it might allow user identification per se after being processed and matched with data held by third parties. This data category includes the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by any user accessing the websites, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of such request, the method used to submit a given request to the server, the returned file size, a numerical code relating to server response status (successfully performed, error, and so on) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

3. Purposes and legal basis of data processing

The Company collects and processes users’ data for the following purposes:

a) purposes linked to the fulfilment of obligations provided for by laws, regulations, EU legislation as well as provisions issued by Authorities empowered to do so by the law or by competent Supervisory or Control Authorities;

b) purposes linked to the management of Users’ requests sent via the website and instrumental to the establishment and management of customer relationships;

c) purposes linked to site management;

The EU General Data Protection Regulation confirms that personal data may not be processed unless there is at least one legal basis to do so. For the purposes mentioned in letters (a), (b) e (c), the Data Controller will process the Users’ personal data pursuant to Article 6, par. 1, letter b) of GDPR, as well as Article 6, par. 1, letters c) and f) of GDPR (compliance with legal obligation or legitimate interest of the Data Controller). If the data subject's consent needs to be collected, the consent mechanisms shall be clear, short and easily understandable. Moreover, if the original conditions requiring the consent change, for example if the purposes of data processing change, a further consent will be required pursuant to Regulation (EU) 679/2016.

4. Processing methods

Data processing is carried out mainly through IT and electronic tools by subjects specifically appointed - as people in charge and/or supervisors - by the Data Controller, following methods strictly connected to the purposes and aiming at ensuring data safety and confidentiality.

5. Storage

The user’s personal data are stored for the abovementioned purposes and for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected. The storage period will depend on the assessment of each single operation, pursuant to the principles of necessity, purpose, relevance and proportionality set forth in the Regulation.

6. Place of data processing

Any processing linked to the web services of this site is carried out by the company personnel or any person in charge of occasional maintenance in the Company’s registered office and in the headquarters of the site service provider.

7. Communication and dissemination

All the data acquired through the Internet site are used only to carry out the service required, and they will be communicated to third parties only to fulfil legal obligations. The personal data collected will not be disseminated.


The Company, in its capacity as Data Controller, informs data subjects that it will not transfer their data to Third Countries.


Articles 15 to 20 of the Regulation confer the following specific rights on data subjects: the right to be informed of the purposes and modalities of personal data processing; the right to access personal data; the right to obtain a copy of personal data (if they are stored in Countries outside the European Union) as well as information about the place where these personal data are stored or transferred; the right to request rectification, update or integration of personal data; the right to request erasure, anonymisation or blocking of personal data; the right to object – in whole or in part – to any processing carried out through automated decision-making, including profiling; the right to revoke consent to data processing (if given) freely and at any time; the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

Pursuant to the applicable Privacy regulation, starting from May 2018 Users will also be entitled to exercise the following rights: the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance, where applicable; the right to obtain restriction of processing of personal data concerning them, where applicable.
