Prepare sautéed vegetables with EVO oil and onion, add the rice and flavour with ingredients as desired.


For the preparation of an excellent risotto, Arborio rice is among the finest varities. Its large pearly grains increase in volume during cooking (up to 5 times). Arborio is rich in vitamins (A, D, C, B6), calcium, iron and magnesium.
