Cannellini beans


Leave the Cannellini beans soaking for approx. 12 hours. Drain them and cook them over a low heat for 60 minutes in unsalted water.


This variety of beans is rich in glucodrine (a substance that can reduce glycemia), as well as lecithin, proteins and carbohydrates. The Cannellini beans also contain: phosphorous, calcium, zinc and iron, as well as vitamins B1, B2 and B3.
