Classic Polenta


Salt and bring 2 litres of water for 500 gr. of product to the boil. Slowly pour the flour and keep on stirring for approx. 40 minutes.


For centuries, polenta has been the basic food of popular tradition, in particular in the northern regions of Italy and in the Alpine areas. Today, Michelin-starred chefs offer it as a side dish for tasty meat and cheese.
