Boil rice in plenty of salted water or broth. 


Parboiled is not a quality of rice, but a pre-cooking treatment. It is ideal for rice pilaf, paella and rice salads. Its grains are well separated and al dente. Thanks to this treatment, parboiled rice is very rich in nutrients and poor in glycemia.
